How to order?
Find a label by clicking on one of our label sections on the left column. Select and personalize your wine label from hundreds of pre-designed label templates. You can personalize up to 4 lines of text and 30 characters per line to add a custom message to most of our original label designs. Any label can purchased with or without wine. When you order the wine along with your personalized label all the required information about the wine and government warnings is located on the BATF approved back label.
Can I purchase custom labels only, without ordering wine?
Yes, you can order labels only if you wish. Or, if you are located in a state that allow wine shipments we can provide you will wines complimenting your personalized label!
Can I see my label design before it gets printed and put on the bottle?
Yes, our graphics department will email you a JPEG of your label design for approval prior to printing.
How will my labels be printed?
Our labels are printed using a direct-to-digital process, which ensures quick turnaround times while maintaining extremely high image quality standards.
Is there an extra charge for custom images?
There is one-time design fee of $50 for custom graphics. This fee includes design and set-up, color matching, scanning, and printing. Remember, this is a one-time set-up charge and you can re-order as often as you like. We electronically archive your label for future orders, thereby eliminating any additional graphics fees on re-orders.
How long will it take to process my order?
Typically, it takes about 3 days on in-house production time to process a pre-designed label, and about 5 days for a custom image label order. The production process time does not include shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. If you would like to find out the actual shipping time for your specific address, please contact us at 1.800.411.3732.
Do you have a minimum size for orders?
For personalized pre-designed labels, the minimum order is 15 labels, including wine our minimum is one bottle (one bottle orders are processed on Sutter Home non-alcoholic wines).
